I am open to reasonable offers. For sale: a rare piece of British military watchmaking history—an original CWC (Cabot Watch Company) chronograph, issued to the Royal Navy in 1973. This piece belongs to the legendary “Fab Four” series with its iconic asymmetrical case. Details of the watch: Military Assignment: The case back features engravings from the Ministry of Defense with the “Broad Arrow” symbol, code 0552/924-3306 (Royal Navy), and serial number 3120/73 (year 1973). Mechanical Condition: The watch has been serviced and is in perfect working order; the mainspring has been replaced, while all other internal and external components are original to the era. Original dial with CWC logo and circled “T”; the tritium hour markers have developed a cream-colored patina. Case: Asymmetrical stainless steel, never excessively polished to preserve its original features. Included Accessories: Gray NATO strap (New), recently purchased directly from CWC to meet historical specifications, in the Navy’s “Admiralty/Military Gray” color. Leather Strap (Complimentary): I’m also including the leather strap shown in the photos as a gift for the buyer. This is an opportunity to acquire a military chronograph that’s “ready to wear”; if you need additional photos or details, I’m available to provide them.
