We are offering for sale an extremely rare, limited-edition military chronograph: the Lemania 6BB/924-3306 single-push-button chronograph, designed for the Royal Air Force and intended exclusively for naval officers. Only a few of these chronometers were produced, making it exclusive and highly sought-after among collectors. The stainless steel case features a very distinctive asymmetrical design, unique among military watches. The single-push-button chronograph, made possible by a specially engineered movement that allows the chronograph function to be operated with a single button, made it much easier for pilots to use at the time. The case measures 40 mm excluding the crown, 46 mm between the lugs, and is 12 mm thick, with a screw-down case back assigned to the British Royal Air Force (RAF). The dial is in perfect condition, featuring a black background with raised Arabic numerals and syringe-style hands with luminous material. The watch is equipped with a Lemania Cal. 2220 hand-wound movement, which is highly accurate and in excellent working order. Original, unmarked crown from the era.
