In 1961, Vulcain presented one of the very first divers with an alarm complication in the world, which could also be heard underwater: the Cricket Nautical. This alarm function, in addition to being a real technical feat, was especially very useful to divers who could set an alarm, upon which they had to return to the surface. This watch is a true revolution, made possible by its triple bottom case, a two-level dial indicating the decompression tables, and as mentioned above, its audible underwater alarm. Already produced in tiny quantities, this watch is almost impossible to find on the current market. Its legendary status was recently confirmed, since this Cricket Nautical will be reissued in 2023 by Cricket.
