This Ventura Sparc in the BMW Edition, with its domed sapphire crystal and the smooth, streamlined shape of the case, is a true feast for the eyes. It comes with the original box, the service documents from the inspection by Ventura Watches, and a leather and rubber strap (from Stowa). The watch functions flawlessly as long as it is worn regularly. However, after purchasing it, I wore it only occasionally and then stored it in a watch winder. There, though, I could only run it for limited periods because it lost time after a while. Due to this issue, I sent it to Ventura Watches in 2019 to have the battery checked (see receipt). There, it was thoroughly tested for functionality and water resistance. Apparently, the battery was simply deeply discharged. After the service, however, the wearing experience remained the same: as long as the watch is actively worn, it works flawlessly. Since I don’t wear it often enough, it is now looking for an owner who can wear it regularly.
